The club has introduced a system for those who wish to join the club. If you think you’d like to become a member you can contact us with your request to have a tour of the club. On this visit you will not take part in any shooting. If, after this visit, you are still interested you can come to an induction day which we run on Sundays.

Our club members dedicate some three hours on our induction days to give prospective new members information about the club, membership details, the law and of course safety.

Our next sessions are:

  • 9th march
  • 13th April
  • 11th May

We have a waiting list running for any cancellations or future requests but you must provide your details and ID to our membership secretary.

Only 10 are invited to each session.
Interested in joining CRPC? Contact us to speak to the membership secretary.

The club is cashless, so bring your card! The tuck shop runs via a cash honesty box.

FAQs

Various types of ammunition can be purchased from the club including air rifle/pistol pellets. If you do not have an FAC you can also store your ammunition at the club.

All ammunition, if not purchased from the Club, must be certified as being compliant with the range Muzzle Velocity and Muzzle Energy limits. A chronograph is available for this purpose.

If you don’t have own a firearms licence, or have no intention of keeping one at home you can still shoot at our club.

Although it’s always nice to have your own kit, CRPC has club guns you are able to borrow whilst at the club. You can also keep your ammunition at the club until your next visit. You will receive more information on becoming a member when talking with a current member via email or at the club itself.

In order to own a firearm or a shotgun – or even to keep ammunition at home – you are required to apply for a firearms licence. There is a small free involved which is required each time you renew (after 4 years). You will have to have a police approved gun safe fitted to your wall or floor of your home, and preferably a separate one to store ammunition in. Please see the links page for more information on the FAC’s.

Feel free to download a copy of the handbook here to gain more information and rules of the club.
